Secondary Resource: Flux

Flux is the tech resource in ZeroSpace, used for more advanced units and structures as well as researching upgrades. You can build harvesters from any base, which will then travel automatically to the closest empty flux patch, where they will mine that flux until it is gone or they are redirected. Harvesters are automatically rebuilt after a short delay when they die, and you can normally have only 6 of them.

Rich Flux

Rich flux spawns at various locations on each map at a set interval. Unlike regular flux patches, rich flux can have multiple harvesters mining at once. Flux is mined twice as fast from these patches, so it can be very worthwhile to redirect some or all of your harvesters to a rich flux patch when it spawns -- just be ready to protect them with your army!
